What''s New at Endeavor Management

On behalf of the Endeavor Management team, we would like to thank all of our clients and professional associates for making 2009 a great year. Many of our clients used 2009 to take a hard look at how they were positioned for 2010 and beyond. As a result Endeavor added over a dozen new clients to our portfolio and grew over 300%. Another major accomplishment was the acquisition and integration of Holland & Davis intellectual property and certain assets in the field of Change Management. Our consulting staff and presence expanded in 2009 to Los Angeles, Chicago, Pittsburgh.
Our leading clients are focused on aligning and energizing their organizations. The challenge is not necessarily their business strategies, but in focusing and harnessing the full power of their organizations in the execution of their plans. Our clients are seeking our support in validating their strategies, aligning the organizations for execution and coaching the internal leadership in how to effectively balance the competing demands of running their businesses today while simultaneously building their capabilities for the future.
