Bob is an experienced executive and professional consultant with a successful track record of improving organizational performance and implementing complex change in organizations from under 500 employees to Fortune 100 companies through guiding and supporting cross-functional teams from development of strategy to the implementation of information and results-driven, performance improvement projects covering structure, process, technology and team effectiveness, and the change management needed to succeed.


Bob holds his Bachelors degree from UCLA, and both MBA and MS degrees from USC, and has worked for such firms as PricewaterhouseCoopers, J.D. Power and Associates, Sony, Capitol Industries, Blue Cross and Union Bank.

Getting the right people in the right spots brings an organization transformation to life. The process for doing so is both fun, and critical to building understanding and acceptance of needed changes. Over the last several months I’ve been working with the senior leadership of an industry leading company to develop a clear and well articulated go forward vision of the organization as it moves toward implementing Lean/Six-Sigma. Developing the structure to support and deliver on that vision is not enough to make that vision a reality.
