Bob Laza, PhD, has almost 30 years of diverse experience with a wide range of commercial enterprises. Bob's experience includes corporate line management, as well as management consulting and full life cycle systems implementation (planning through implementation) over a broad spectrum of applications including both operations and business systems. He has been directly responsible for the development of several business entities, providing the vision, client/services strategy,marketing leadership, and operations management. He also teaches Organizational Change Management in the Keller Graduate Business School.
