Endeavor Management offers a program of group and individual leadership development coaching in the context of business transformations.  Endeavor's leadership development philosophy concentrates both on obtaining business results and personal leadership development.  Our executive coaches help leaders develop their capabilities (both organizational and individual) in the context of the business transformations they wish to achieve.  Our goal is to create strategic leaders who effectively guide and influence their organizations in order to achieve world class results. 
 
Our program for emerging leaders is to begin to help them discover their leadership talents and hone their ability to positively influence their organizations.  On an executive level, our coaches help their clients increase their effectiveness through the use of individual assessments, 360 degree feedback and personal development plans.  Because our coaches are industry experienced executives, the coaching often takes place within the confines of the operational objectives of the organization and brings additional value to strategic transformations where leadership behavior and cultural influences need to be transformed. 
 
Our corporate level consulting helps organizations choose the appropriate leadership model and then implement that model with a systematic process for training the current leadership and helping to put in place the processes necessary to transform the future leadership culture into the desired state.
