Institute for Change Leadership

The Institute for Change Leadership is the research and education arm of Endeavor Management. Endeavor has a 30 year track record of successful change consulting and training to more than 500 Fortune 100 and Private Sector organizations.

Leadership development is an important component in business strategy, as well as a risk management issue a the the executive level. Each year, corporations launch mission-critical project involving millions of dollars in capital investment plus significant requirements for project-savvy human capital. Preparing people to succeed in executing their designated roles is a critical success factor for all strategic projects.

Highly effective managers are able to "change their business" as well as they "run their business." The good news is that most manager already have many of the skills and behaviors they need to successfully implement change. But in today's turbulent, demanding environment, managers also need supplemental competencies that enable them to execute change-the-business maneuvers as well as the execute run-the-business activities...and to balance the two dynamically.
