When was the last time you evaluated and updated your FPSO Best Practices?

In the past 10 years, over 100 floating production systems have been deployed worldwide. FPSOs have been selected as the system of choice for developing offshore fields almost 80% of the time, so your next floating production system will likely be an FPSO. There is no better time than the present to understand what the Best Practices are in executing FPSO projects.

Endeavor’s Expert Advisory Group proposes a Joint Industry Project (JIP) to work with industry participants to gather FPSO information and then:

• Evaluate that information for consistency and robustness
• Develop and propose metrics for assessing this information
• Hold lessons-learned sessions with participants to rate practices and achieve alignment on what truly are the best practices across the issues being evaluated, and
• Document this effort for distribution to all participants
