Andrea Davis BS, MBA

Andrea is a leader, strategist, and communicator who brings more than 25 years’ experience in leading initiatives that help people and organizations thrive. Her collaborative style inspires creative solutions to address business opportunities, strengthen brands, and increase loyalty. She partners with leaders to combine strategy, operational alignment, communications and measurement to drive people to action and achieve results. Prior to joining Endeavor, Andrea served as Senior Advisor, Marketing and Consumer Experience at Intermountain Healthcare, one of the nation’s top integrated health systems. She focused on transforming and improving the healthcare experience for caregivers, patients, and consumers. In this role, she helped oversee 140 marketing, communications, digital, consumer experience, and creative professionals. She led communications to support organizational change including reorganizations, M&A, and pandemic response. Her leadership experience includes strategy, marketing and communications, branding, executive support, event management, recruitment, compliance, continuous improvement, and organizational culture. Andrea earned an MBA from Western Governors University, and a BS in Organizational Communications from the University of Utah. She completed international studies at Cambridge University, England, and is a certified Human Resources professional.
