Bert Ulbricht is a retired Civil/Structural Engineer with 38 years of Project Management and Engineering experience in the design, fabrication, installation and hook-up of floating offshore drilling and production facilities. Extensive hands-on experience executing challenging petroleum industry mega-projects worldwide. His major career accomplishments include: Project Manager for multi-million dollar upgrades to Mobile Offshore Drilling Units; Installation Team Lead for the installation of multi-billion-dollar Tension Leg Platforms and the world’s largest Spar in water depths over 4000 feet; and Team Lead coordinating offshore activities related to the installation and hook-up of multi-billion-dollar floating production systems and the world’s deepest spar production platform in water depths over 8000 feet.
