Bill Derrick has over 43 years of field and home office experience in project control, estimating, scheduling, business management of engineering, construction and construction management projects. The experience ranges from “hard dollar” jobs in and around the Houston Ship Channel, to multi-billion-dollar programs for the Arctic, South America, Asia and the Middle East; from offshore facilities to mining facility construction; from onshore/offshore pipelines, to power generation; and from ground water remediation to municipal construction. Responsibilities have included management of estimating, principal estimator, supervisor project control, project engineer, purchasing management, material control manager, assistant program manager, scheduling manager, scheduler, project control and scheduling consultant, and currently retired Director of Estimating, Offshore, Upstream and pipeline projects as well as specializing in project risk and financial analysis .Recent experience estimates for the Alaska Gas Pipeline, LNG facilities, Arctic Facilities, Gas Plants, LNG Regas Terminals and Offshore Facilities. Background includes extensive international experience and current Spanish language capability.
