Dr. Larkey has over twenty years of experience in organizational and cultural analysis, executive coaching, leader development, strategy development, scientific research, training, and statistical/quality process analysis. He provides services in leadership, cultural assessments, merger and acquisition integration analysis, executive development, succession planning, organizational development, testing and assessment, knowledge management, and applied research. Frank’s extensive work with executive teams has included the facilitation of high-level strategy development, cross-cultural teams, merger and acquisition integration analysis, top-level succession planning initiatives, and organizationally specific leadership development programs.
Frank holds a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from the University of Houston as well as a Master’s Degree and Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston. He is a member of the Association for Psychological Science, the American Psychological Association, the International Positive Psychological Association, the American Statistical Association, and the International Society of Six Sigma Professionals. He is certified as an executive coach, certified in the use of the Birkman Method and the Hogan Assessment and has expertise using numerous assessment instruments and methodologies.
