Michael Wilems has over 30 years of oil and gas industry experience in onshore, offshore, and midstream projects and production operations in areas across the lower 48 states and Alaska. He has an enviable track record of improving operational efficiency through process improvement, cultivating profitability and sustainability, and improving organizational effectiveness with strategic leadership. Michael is especially proficient at bridging the gap between the technical/operational and the financial/commercial components of the business. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Our Lady of the Lake University.
