His experience includes Spinning off the $19B IT Services unit from IBM into Kyndryl (KD on the NYSE), delivering top quartile of employee engagement at IBM and Kyndryl, leading the P&L for IBM’s most profitable business unit, achieving wins with the largest companies in Europe/MEA, leading 21,000 Employees and a 48-Country P&L, and reinvigorating multiple business units with declining revenue and profit into growth units.
